Items are FETA-SFETA (2-6 weeks) after ship-out from Korea depending on our box cut-off and delays.

Information about shipping schedule, tracking number, and arrival of items both in KR address and PH address will be provided through direct message and photo updates.

Order confirmation form and remaining balance form must be filled out within 24hrs upon receiving it.

LATE PAYMENT FEE FOR DOWN PAYMENT AND REMAINING BALANCE IS 100PHP PER DAY.

Once availed, all payments are non-refundable.

Refund ONLY if - Items are cancelled by the Provider (Weverse, etc.) - Items are not in stock. - Items have not been purchased yet.

IMPATIENT and RUDE buyers will not be tolerated.

Once we ship out the item(s) to you, they are out of our hands. Any delays or mishandling on the side of the courier is beyond our control. Meaning we are no longer responsible for the item(s) in case they are lost or arrive damaged.

We will be sending a dm or an email before the deadline of payment. Self-initiate payments will be greatly appreciated.

If remaining balance are not sent after the deadline, your orders will not be included on the next shipping schedule. Therefore, it will be shipped if and only if payments are settled.
